今天發現本來三角形符號的google drive不見了然後我連整個軟體都沒看到，不知道為什麼後來重新下載了發現是新的Backup and Sync from Google 軟體安裝後無法啟動，只看到桌面圖示閃一下，網頁也說連結不到我的電腦我是WIN10 專業版系統，請問這該怎麼辦?
